A Blue Sky Mindset
We have about 30,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. A very limited amount of these thoughts are actually functional. As human beings we have the ability to think about the past and the future, which has increased our chances for survival. But with this ability, we are also able to worry about the future and feel frustrated about the past. Once you realise that you are not your thoughts, your mind can become more still.
